Designed and made by Tel Aviv's Florentine Kitchen Knives

The AEB-L steel, 200mm blade, 50/50 grind, utility cook's knife is a special limited edition of this knife. 200 pieces, designed in Tel Aviv but made in the small village of Santa Catarina in Portugal, a place famous for it's cutlery heritage for hundreds of years.

Knives come with a leather and wood blade guard (available in 3 colors: Black, Brown or Tan), and are packed in individual wood boxes. The blade guards are made by Tel Aviv ArtSetters AndreyAndShay.

The FKK cook's knife is shorter and wider then most cook's knives giving it a more accentuated tip. This knife is a tough little one with a lot of flair, allowing you to change cutting styles and materials without having to put it down. At a little more then 200 grams it is not lightweight but when used right it can do most of the work for you. The knives vary in weight and handle design. Each one is individually marked with a serial no. from 001 to 200.
